Tayon.ai is an AI-powered chatbot platform I built to help businesses automate customer conversations, qualify leads, and handle common support queries without constant manual intervention.

Project Overview

The platform needed to hold natural, context-aware conversations while integrating cleanly into a business's existing tools and workflows. I worked on the architecture end to end, from the conversational logic to the backend that stores and processes conversation data.

Technical Implementation

The backend was built with Node.js for realtime message handling, paired with AI integration for natural language understanding. I focused on keeping the system responsive under load and straightforward to extend as new use cases came up.
